1. משלוחים 

1.1 נשימה תדאג לאספקת כל מוצר הנרכש על ידך באתר לכתובת בישראל כפי שהקלדת בעת הגשת הצעתך, תוך המועד הנקוב בדף המכירה של המוצר, אלא אם כן נכתב אחרת באתר.

1.2 נשימה תפעל כדי לספק את המוצרים בהתאם לתנאי האספקה הנקובים בדף המכירה של המוצרים. נשימה מתחייבת לספק רק מוצר אשר שולם במלואו באמצעות כרטיס אשראי או דרך פייפל כמפורט להלן, ונמצא במלאי.

1.3 נשימה עושה ככל יכולתה על מנת לעדכן באתר את המוצרים החסרים במלאי. עם זאת יתכן כי מוצר החסר במלאי מופיע באתר כזמין לאספקה. נשימה לא תהייה אחראית בשום מקרה לנזק כלשהוא שנגרם ו/או העשוי להיגרם בשל אי אספקת המוצר.

1.4 באזורים המוגבלים לגישה מבחינה ביטחונית, נשימה תהיה רשאית להעמיד את המוצרים ללקוחות במקום סמוך מקובל, אשר יתואם עימם מראש. דע: נשימה עושה מאמצים לספק במועד מוצרים לאזורים המוגבלים לגישה מבחינה ביטחונית, ואולם באזורים כאמור ייתכן עיכוב של עד 14 יום במועד האספקה הקבוע בדף המכירה למוצר, ועיכוב כאמור לא ייחשב כאיחור כלשהו באספקת המוצר.

1.5 דמי המשלוח המפורטים באתר אינם כוללים הובלה חריגה ו/או משלוח מחוץ לישראל. במקרה של הובלה חריגה ו/או משלוח מחוץ לישראל כאמור, נשימה תהיה רשאית לגבות תשלום נוסף על התשלום הנגבה בגין הובלה רגילה, בהתאם למפורט בדף המכירה של המוצר.

1.6 הוראות חברת המשלוח שתקבע ע"י נשימה מפעם לפעם ועל פי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי, יחולו על כל אספקה/הובלה של מוצר באמצעות חברת המשלוח מטעם נשימה ויחייבו כל מציע. ויודגש, משלוח באמצעות שליח יעשה עד בית הלקוח או מקום אחר עליו תחליט חברת המשלוח ותודיע על כך ללקוח. ביישובים קהילתיים, כפרים, קיבוצים וכיוצ"ב, עשוי המוצר להיות מסופק לסניף הדואר הקרוב ליישוב או למזכירות הישוב וכיוצ"ב , ותתקבל הודעה על כך בבית הלקוח.

1.7 זמני אספקת המוצרים/שירותים כפי שאלה מצוינים בדף המכירה כוללים רק את חישובם של ימי עסקים (ימי א' עד ה', לא כולל ימי שישי, שבת, ערבי חג וימי חג).

1.8 דמי המשלוח יכולים להשתלם בנפרד או ביחד עם התשלום בגין המוצר. במכירה בתשלומים, רשאית neshima לגבות את דמי המשלוח בתשלום הראשון.

נעשתה העסקה בכרטיס אשראי וחברת כרטיסי האשראי או גוף אחר שעמו התקשרה neshima לביצוע סליקת כרטיסי אשראי, גבו תשלום בעד סליקת כרטיס האשראי בעסקה שבוטלה, רשאית neshima לחייב את הלקוח גם בתשלום שנגבה ממנה.

1.9 בעת אספקת המוצר, רשאית neshima ו/או מי מטעמה לדרוש את נוכחותו של בעל כרטיס האשראי בעת מסירת המוצר, ו/או הצגת תעודת זהות של בעל כרטיס האשראי ו/או חתימתו של בעל כרטיס האשראי על גבי שובר כתנאי למסירה המוצר.

1.10 במקרה של אספקת מוצר הדורש רישום על פי כל דין, יבוצע הרישום על שם הלקוח שנרשם למכירה ובהתאם לפרטים כפי שנמסרו על ידו בעת ההרשמה.

1.11 ככלל, אלא אם נאמר אחרת בדף המוצר, זמני האספקה של המוצרים הינם תוך 3-5 ימי עסקים למעט אספקות לאזורים המוגבלים בגישה מבחינה ביטחונית העלולים לקחת 5-7 ימי עסקים.

1.12 ככלל, אלא אם נאמר אחרת בדף המוצר, ברכישה באתר בסכום העולה על 299 ש"ח לא יחולו דמי משלוח. ברכישה מתחת לסכום זה יחולו דמי משלוח בסכום של 28₪.

 1. Shipments

1.1 'neshima' will ensure the delivery of any product purchased by you on the website to the address in Israel as you typed when submitting your offer, within the time specified on the product's sales page, unless otherwise stated on the website.

1.2 'neshima' will work to deliver the products according to the terms of delivery stated on the sales page of the products. 'neshima' undertakes to provide only a code that has been paid in full by credit card or via PayPal as detailed below, and is in stock.

1.3 'neshima' does everything it can to update the website with the products that are out of stock. However, it is possible that the product out of stock appears on the website as available for delivery. 'neshima' will not be responsible in any case for any damage caused and/or that may be caused due to the non-delivery of the product.

1.4 In the areas with limited access from a security point of view, 'neshima' will be entitled to make the products available to customers in an acceptable nearby place, which will be coordinated with them in advance. Know: 'neshima' makes efforts to deliver products on time to areas that are restricted from a security point of view, however in the aforementioned areas there may be a delay of up to 14 days in the delivery date specified on the sales page for the product, and such a delay will not be considered as any delay in the delivery of the product.

1.5 The shipping fees listed on the website do not include unusual transportation and/or shipping outside of Israel. In the case of unusual transport and/or delivery outside of Israel as mentioned, 'neshima' will be entitled to charge an additional fee on top of the payment charged for normal transport, as detailed on the product's sales page.

 1.6 The instructions of the delivery company that will be determined by 'neshima' from time to time and at its sole discretion, will apply to any delivery/transportation of a product through the delivery company on behalf of 'neshima' and will bind every bidder. And it is emphasized, delivery by courier will be made to the customer's home or another place decided by the delivery company And inform the customer about it. In communal settlements, villages, kibbutzim, etc., the product may be delivered to the post office closest to the settlement or to the secretariat of the settlement, etc., and a notification of this will be received at the customer's home.

1.7 The delivery times of the products/services as indicated on the sales page only include the calculation of business days (Sunday to Thursday, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays).

1.8 Shipping fees can be paid separately or together with the payment for the product. When selling in installments, 'neshima' is entitled to collect the shipping fees in the first payment.

If the transaction was made with a credit card and the credit card company or another body with which 'neshima' contracted to perform credit card clearing, charged a fee for clearing the credit card in the canceled transaction, 'neshima' may also charge the customer the fee collected from it.

1.9 When delivering the product, 'neshima' and/or someone on its behalf may require the presence of the credit card holder at the time of delivery of the product, and/or presentation of the credit card holder's identity card and/or the credit card holder's signature on a voucher as a condition for delivering the product.

1.10 In the case of supplying a product that requires registration according to any law, the registration will be carried out in the name of the customer registered for sale and in accordance with the details as provided by him at the time of registration.

1.11 As a rule, unless stated otherwise on the product page, the delivery times of the products are within 7-10 business days with the exception of deliveries to areas with restricted access from a security point of view. For products sent by a courier company or 14 days for products sent by registered mail by Israel Post.

1.12 As a general rule, unless stated otherwise on the product page, no shipping fees will apply to purchases on the website for an amount exceeding NIS 299. For purchases below this amount, shipping fees in the amount of NIS 25 will apply.
